As our Despatch Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring that every handcrafted piece leaves our workshop perfectly prepared, protected, and delivered on time to our customers across Australia.

You’ll oversee all aspects of despatch department— from coordinating daily delivery schedules to maintaining high standards of quality, organisation and safety in the despatch area.

This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and takes pride in contributing to a product and brand built on quality and integrity.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead daily despatch operations, ensuring all orders are packed, checked, and shipped accurately and on schedule.

· Coordinate with production, sales, and delivery teams to plan outgoing furniture and meet customer deadlines.

· Maintain documentation and internal systems for despatch, inventory, and delivery tracking.

· Ensure the despatch area operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard of organisation.

Skills & Experience

· Proven experience in despatch, logistics, or warehouse coordination, ideally within manufacturing or furniture production.

· Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail.

· Excellent communication and coordination across multiple teams.

· Physically capable of assisting with loading and manual handling of furniture.

· Forklift licence or willingness to obtain one (preferred).

· A positive attitude and a passion for quality Australian-made craftsmanship.
